Will Campion
Will Campion (Campo) is the founder and current Chairman of Campion Capital and is a director and shareholder.
Prior to Campion Capital he spent 17 years in equity derivatives sales for major European and American Investment Banks, being Head of European Equity Derivative Sales at JP Morgan, and prior to that held similar role at Robert Fleming Securities.
Throughout his career Will oversaw proprietary desks trading long/short equities,convertible bonds, warrants and options, and investment trust arbitrage.
Currently, Will spends quite a lot of time in the USA helping with W Campion Capital which was founded 4 years ago.
Away from work Will is a busy father of four children.
Nick Rawdon-Jones

Nick Rawdon-Jones
Nick Rawdon-Jones is the founder of Campion Capital and currently heads the US operations for the firm. He is a director, shareholder and member of the firm’s investment committee.
He is responsible for institutional investor relationships in the US with a focus on investment consultants, pension plans, endowments and foundations.
Nick is alumnus of Harvard Business School and the University of Bristol. Having grown up in Brazil and studied in Spain and Russia, Nick is fluent in English, Portuguese, Spanish and Russian. He has the Investment Management Certificate, is registered with FINRA in the USA and holds the Series 17, Series 24 and Series 63.
Nicole Mahin

Nicole Mahin
Nicole Mahin joined the team at Campion Capital in 2021, she is based out of the Miami office. Nicole previously worked in Wealth Management with a focus on Alternative Investments at Morgan Stanley.
Nicole graduated with BA honors in Finance and Economics from the University of Miami. While in university she played Division 1 women’s soccer and also had the opportunity to live abroad in Barcelona to study International Finance and Spanish. Nicole holds her Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.

Ed Bradley-Norman
Ed Bradley-Norman joined Campion Capital in 2004 as part of the firm’s analyst scheme and was appointed Head of Research in 2009. He is both a director and shareholder and sits on the firms investment committee.
His specialist areas of expertise include asset allocation for pension funds and endowments, along with quantitative research on hedge funds.
Edward graduated from the University of Oxford in 2004 with MA Honours in Philosophy, Politics and Economics and has prior experience in wealth management, proprietary trading and risk analysis. He is also CAIA certified and has completed his Series 17 and Series 24.

Will Maydon
Will Maydon joined Campion Capital in May 2006 and is a director and shareholder. Will is responsible for distribution of funds to a number of wealth managers, family offices, pension funds and multi-managers in the UK, South Africa and Switzerland. He is also a member of the investment committee.
Will started his career at Wise Speke (now part of Brewin Dolphin). He spent ten years managing private client, charity and trust portfolios – working closely with lawyers and accountants.
Will graduated with Honours from the University of Newcastle, is FCA registered and has the UKSIP Certificate of Investment Management, Level 3.
Magnus Graham

Magnus Graham
Magnus Graham joined Campion Capital in February 2012.
He is a director and is responsible for spearheading discretionary wealth management sales as well as being a member of the investment committee. Magnus spent over 10 years at Martin Currie where he was instrumental in building their intermediary sales business.
Magnus was previously a British Army officer, serving with distinction in the Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders and a graduate of Glasgow University. He is FCA registered and holds the Investment Management Certificate.

Lorenzo Parages
Lorenzo Parages joined in 2022 as Head of Campion Capital Iberia, heading its marketing and distribution efforts for the South of Europe and Latin America.
He has 20 years of professional experience in financial services, focused on Asset Management. Lorenzo joined from Arcano Partners, a leading Spanish alternatives asset management firm, where he was Sales Director. Prior to Arcano he was Head of Sales at March AM (Banca March), covering Spain and international markets. Lorenzo previously worked at Allfunds as head of the Investments Solutions team for Latin America, based in Santiago, Chile.
Lorenzo has an International MBA from IE Business School, with a semester at Babson College, and graduated with a double degree in Law and a Master´s in Finance from IEB.
Paola Dumoulin

Paola Dumoulin
Paola Dumoulin joined Campion Capital in August 2023 as an Analyst and she is based in our London office. Paola previously worked in Paris at the private bank Edmond de Rothschild as a Financial Analyst for private equity Funds.
Paola graduated from King’s College London with a dual bachelor’s degree in business management & German. Paola is a native French speaker and is fluent in both English and German. At Campion, her main duties include sales support along with internal strategy and operations.

Tom Strange
Tom Strange joined Campion Capital in September 2008 as an analyst and as of September 2010, he has been heading up the operational side of the firm.
Tom is the Finance Director and a shareholder of the company, responsible for the day-to-day operations and finances of the business.
He graduated from Newcastle University in 2008 with a 1st class honours degree in Business Management, having been awarded ‘Top Final Year Graduate’, achieving the highest final year mark on the Business Management Degree Programme.

Tom Richards “Trich” joined Campion Capital in January 2014 as an analyst. Trich is responsible for distribution of funds within the UK, Channel Islands and USA along with helping out on fund research and analysis. He is a shareholder in the company.
He holds the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI) and a Certificate in Investment Management Level, and has completed the SIE, Series 7, Series 24 and Series 63.
He graduated with BSc honours from the University of Bristol in Geography in 2013.

Juan Martinez de la Colina Garcia joined Campion Capital in August 2021 as an Analyst. Juan graduated from Lancaster University with a BSc Honours degree in Management, Politics and International Relations.
He holds the European Financial Advisor (EFA) Certificate, and he is a CAIA charterholder since May 2024.
His main responsibilities are fund research and fund distribution in Southern European markets. He is fluent in English, Spanish and French.

Jorge Salvador Lees joined Campion Capital in early 2022. Jorge graduated from Antonio de Nebrija University in Business Administration and Management and specialized at Portsmouth University on European business.
His last role was working in the Red Cross while specializing on Spanish taxation.
His main responsibilities are Administration, reporting and risk control for our Spanish subsidiary. He is fluent in English and Spanish.

Valentina Lopez joined Campion Capital in May 2023 as an Analyst and is based in our Miami office. Valentina previously worked at UBS as a Client Service Associate for a private wealth advisor.
Valentina graduated from Villanova University with a dual bachelor’s degree in English and Spanish Language & Literature. Her main responsibilities include sales support along with internal strategy and operations.
Scott Treacy

Scott Treacy
Scott Treacy is an Associate, US Institutional Relations for Campion Capital. He is responsible for actively cultivating relationships with US institutional investors.
For the past decade, Scott worked in New York for Investment Metrics as a Consultant to US institutional investors. Previously, he worked in Geneva, Switzerland for Brandes Investment Partners as an Institutional Portfolio Specialist to their European, Middle Eastern, and African institutional clients.
Scott grew up in the suburbs of Boston, Massachusetts and is an avid Boston Celtics fan. Graduating from Tufts University with a major in Economics, he also served as co-captain of the football team. Scott is a CFA® charterholder, and holds the SIE, Series 63, and Series 7. He currently lives in New York City with his wife and two sons, where he enjoys staying active through basketball, running, and hiking.
Dale Longley

Dale Longley
Dale Longley joined Campion Capital in January 2021 as Head of IT and has a love for all things tech. He comes from a back ground of supporting companies in the retail supply chain including Waitrose and Ocado suppliers.
Dale graduated from Leeds Beckett with a Foundation Degree in IT Systems and Networking and holds ITIL, Microsoft and PRINCE2 accreditation. When not working Dale can be found walking in the Yorkshire countryside.
